By accessing or using SimplPanel, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
SimplPanel provides hosting management tools including domain management, file management, SSL provisioning, database access, server monitoring, and related administrative functions. Features may be modified, added, or removed at any time.
You are responsible for all actions taken under your account. You must maintain the confidentiality of your credentials and ensure all users comply with these Terms.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use SimplPanel solely for lawful business purposes. This license is conditioned on payment and compliance with these Terms.
All services are billed in advance. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled prior to renewal.
You retain ownership of your data. You are responsible for backups, legality, and integrity of all data stored or processed using SimplPanel.
All software, code, and systems remain the property of SimplPanel. No ownership rights are transferred through use of the service.
We may perform maintenance or modify services at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability unless otherwise specified.
Access may be suspended or terminated for violations, non-payment, or security concerns. Upon termination, access to services and data may be revoked.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, uptime, or reliability.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding three months.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted.
All use of SimplPanel must comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Users may not attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt services, or interfere with system integrity.
Excessive resource consumption that impacts system performance is prohibited.
Hosting illegal, harmful, or abusive content is strictly prohibited.
Violations may result in suspension or termination without notice.
